All tattoo stencils, lookbooks, and media designs within the "Small Tattoo Reference Library Series" are the intellectual property of TattooTribes and Roberto Gemori. Purchases grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the designs for personal evaluation or individual tattoo reference. Commercial redistribution or resale of the digital assets is strictly prohibited.
3. Virtual Try-On App Usage
The Tattoo Try-on application processes image data locally on your device or via browser streams to overlay stencil previews. You retain ownership of any photos uploaded. We do not store or sell your private media streams.
4. Refunds & Digital Delivery
Due to the immediate digital delivery nature of e-books and reference material, all sales are final once download links have been generated, except where required under consumer protection laws.
5. Disclaimer of Liability
Tattoo designs are provided for visual reference purposes. Final application results vary depending on skin tone, ink qualities, and the execution skills of your chosen professional tattoo artist. TattooTribes holds no liability for permanent body alterations or studio execution issues.
